recipe for ANZAC cookies.




ANZAC Biscuits 
Recipe



Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of flour 
  • 1 cop of caster sugar
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of coconut 
  • ¼ of golden syrup
  • 125 grams of butter
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda  
  • 1 tablespoon of boiling hot water (will be used later on)

Instructions:

  1. First thing you want to do is have your oven on but at a good temperature to about 180 degrees.
  2. You want grease and line up your baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Now let’s start by mixing all the dry ingredients  by putting it in a bowl. First put your one cup of flower in first. Next you want to stir in the caster sugar and then apply your rolled oats. Then the cup of white coconuts.
  4. Then mix until you are satisfied with your mixture.
  5. Then you wanna make a well in the middle more like a hole next you wanna push that to a side.
  6. Now you grab your bowl of 125 grams of butter.
  7. Then you go and grab a saucepan and chuck it on the stove.
  8.  Then along you spill your tea spoon of golden syrup into the pan.
  9. Then stir it up until butter is melted.
  10. While your doing that go and turn on your kettle on (make sure water is in)
  11. Next you want to mix the boiling water and baking soda together first in a small bowl so that the baking soda dissolves.
  12. Then apply it to your pan and start mixing again.
  13. And after you have been done with your mixture.
  14. Your gonna head over to your dry mixture.
  15. And put your wet mixture in with it.
  16. Make sure you pour it into the well (hole)
  17. Then you want to mix it.
  18. When you are done mixing, grab your tray with your baking paper.
  19. Then you grab 2 tablespoons of your mixture and roll it and place it on your baking paper.
  20. After going ahead grab a cup and put the bottom of the cup on top of the biscuit and push down slowly.
  21. Until it is flattened.
  22. Next you chuck in the oven.
  23. And set your timer for 20 min.
  24. While it is baking it is your time to clean the dishes and mess you have made so that when it is time to take it out you won't even have to think about cleaning a huge load of mess after a yum snack to eat.
  25. When you have done that go ahead and open the oven and grab your biscuits.
  26. Lastly you want to let them cool down.
  27. Finally you can eat.
