what makes a healthy lifestyle

makes my life healthy is to exercise and eat lots of vegas and stay fit and stay dehydrated . You should have a early sleep so you can so you won't get tired and so you can stay awake. And you should have a healthy breakfast have a fruit or cereal and drink lots of milk and water so you can get strong and bigger. So you can be on time for school and be ready to learn heaps of reading and writing and maths.
